Warranties
Our manufacturers guarantee the reliability of their products. For the exact warranty conditions, please refer to the descriptions in the shop and the specifications stated in the operating instructions. We also bear responsibility for the products within our range. We will ensure that your warranty claims are fulfilled for two full years from the date of your invoice. We have our own watchmaker if the producer does not fulfill the warranty. Often watch companies are very slow in their repairs and service.
Shipping Time
All watches are here in stock in Basel (or can be here in a few days from Germany) and can be shipped immediately. Bi-weekly shippings with Swisspost PRIORITY insured Most worldwide shipping take less than 1 week.
EU-Shipping
In some cases, we can do EU shipping.
Shipping Insurance
Parcels with higher value (here: watches) are sent insured and you can ask for a tracking number for swisspost.ch tracking. PRIORITY shippings are included in the price of the watch and always fully insured.
Defects
We must be notified of obvious defects immediately but within 14 days following delivery at the latest. We shall repair the defects or provide you with a replacement.
Return and cancellation
You have a general right to return goods within 14 days (items need to be originally packed). You are obliged to return the goods to us in the same condition as they arrived and to take reasonable care ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. Please inform us before returning the goods by e-mail to info@uhrenvertrieb.ch. Await confirmation, please.
We will settle any credit which arises as a result of a return as soon as time permits unless you wish to use this credit to place a further order. If, contrary to experience, the goods do not meet your expectations and our high standards of quality, please contact us. In case of a problem on your part, there is a generous policy in place, to deal with events following the expiry of the 14-day grace period. You can always talk to us.
After arrival of a return we can credit a refund back to your creditcard, which never includes any shipping costs. We of course also cannot bear the costs for backshipping.
Returns must be announced by E-mail and confirmed by us. They must be also explained - that someone likes a merchandise not is not reason enough. Send your returns registered - sendings which come in unregistered simply go back to the stocks when they are in perfect shape, without any further action.
Cancellation fee
Think twice before placing an order. For orders which are processed already there is a CHF 30.- (approx. USD 25.-) cancellation fee which covers the work for processing, CC legitimation and preparing the order.
VAT and customs
7.6% Swiss VAT Included, will be credited after request. Of course not if we ship from german stock.

We cannot influence this, and will not write illegally lower invoices with the result of insufficient insurance. US/CAN citizens pay normally no taxes.

Delivery is carried out via Mail or parcel service according to your order. However, please remember that our products are not mass-produced articles. We will not always be able to avoid longer delivery times. In such cases, the order can also be carried out in partial shipments.
