One of the most horrific transactions I've ever experienced on eBay. Sent me a 70 dollar book in a flimsy cheap plastic mailer. The book had a sticker pasted on the back which quoted it as "Very good" condition, while the listing suggested it is near mint. Sticker on the first page. Major dent on the book. Pen mark on the bottom side of the book (across the page bottoms). Many scuff marks on the front cover. Also started return without my approval, when I specifically requested they not do so.
