They responded quickly and said they weren't sure but would check. They then got back in touch to let me know that they did have the key in stock and provide a link. I ordered the key and less than 48 hours later had the new key in my hand, fitted and I've used it capitalise every sentence of this review! (It was the left shift key). I couldn't be happier with the service provided, thank you very much.

Everything was as described on e-bay. The binoculars were carefully packed in their orginal box plus soft felt packing and masses of bubble wrap. Could not have been packed better. Had been in contact with the seller over the process and he always responded promptly and positively. Great e-bayer seller.

The seller shipped the key only with a single clip(the original is 2). When I contacted the seller, they replied that It is better this way !! I tried to explain that I don’t believe that the seller’s way is better than Apple’s. However, It would have been better if It is mentioned in the item description. The seller said that mist sellers don’t even ship any clips!
