Es gab große Probleme mit TNT als Transporteur. Die Ware lag fast 2 Wochen in einem Lager in Köln.... Der Versand durch den Shop fand dagegen kurzfristig statt - also alles im grünen Bereich. Bei der Suche nach meinem Paket hätte ich mir vom Versender etwas mehr Unterstützung gewünscht, einen Tracking Link ohne weiteren Kommentar hätte man auch mit dem Versand gleichzeitig proaktiv schicken können
