Cancellations
Any order which is cancelled with Gx Autosport once the order is in processing will be subject to an admin fee of not less than 10%.
Returns
All items returned within 7 days are subject to a restocking fee of not less than 15%. Items returned after 7 days are subject to a restocking fee of not less than 30%. Returns are not accepted on special orders and custom orders. All other returns are accepted within 7 days after the receipt of your goods. It is your responsibilities to contact Gx Autosport within this time period to be eligible for a return. You must contact us for return instructions before returning the product to us either via eBay Messages or by email. Some items are to be returned at alternative addresses (other than our premises), therefore it is important you contact us for instructions. You will need to return the entire order at your own cost. All returns must be unopened, unfitted and unused, in the same condition as sold to you and in it s original packaging. We reserve our rights to refuse returns should the item do not meet our return criteria.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your item(s) within 1-20 working days, eBay s delivery estimation may not always be correct, if there is a delay with your item we will notify you as soon as possible.

We offer free UK Mainland delivery on the majority of items we sell. Oversea orders (orders to be delivered outside UK), please note shipping prices shown is estimation only. Please contact us prior to placing order to confirm shipping price.
