It runs on the Palm OS Garnet v.5.4.9 and is powered by a 312 MHz Intel XScale processor. The PDA offers dual wireless connectivity, Bluetooth v1.1 and a Wi-Fi (802.11b) wireless radio. It has 128 MB of memory, of which 100 MB is available to the user for music, videos, photos, and documents. It also incorporates a one-handed navigation system for easier and ergonomic use. Its 1250 mAh battery is non-removable and can offer up to 5 days of life. The Palm T|X has a monospeaker adequate for games and alarms. A 3.5 mm stereo jack allows for connection of earphones.
