We do send original packaging. All orders are dispatched within one working day off cleared payment if your order and payment is received before 1.30 pm Monday till Friday will be dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch weekends or Bank Holidays all orders and payment received after 1.30 pm on a Friday will not be dispatched till Monday. We always are in receipt of proof of posting, so if your parcel should not arrive or it's damaged, we can launch an investigation for you with royal mail.
