They shipped out the correct item right away and even provided a shipping label for the return at no cost to me and tossed in an NVMe adapter for my trouble. The correct tower arrived exactly as described and works wonderfully. All items shipped were packaged amazingly well. PC Server & Parts was quick to answer my questions, shipping was very fast, and the unit arrived extremely well packaged in protective spray foam. The workstation was exactly as described and an exceptional value for the price. I give this seller 6 stars out of 5! Highly recommended and I would absolutely buy from them again
