The ASUS HDP-R3, also commonly known as the ASUS O!Play, is a digital media streamer that can be connected to a wide variety of television sets via HDMI cable or other component cables. This ASUS media streamer features full HD 1080p support and provides easy wireless file sharing as well as the ability to manage photos using the o!Photo picture manager feature. The ASUS HDP-R3 supports multiple file extensions including MPEG 2 and this digital media streamer also allows the user to play MP3, WAV, and AAV audio formats among many others. In addition, this ASUS media streamer provides JPEG, BMP, PNG, and GIF image support. The sound drivers of this digital media streamer include Dolby Digital AC4, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS Digital Surround. Measuring 4.93 inches in height by 7.13 inches in width by 1.88 inches in depth, this ASUS media streamer also supports 801.11n wireless networking and can also connect via composite audio and video as well as optical digital audio cables.

All our prices include VAT and since we ship from the UK Mainland we are able to provide a full VAT invoice for those companies who are able to claim the VAT back.
 
Shipping and Handling
 
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, the majority of items will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail postage. (Royal Mail 48)
 
Royal Mail currently aims to deliver 92% of items posted via this service within two working days; however we do require 14 working days to have passed before making a claim from Royal Mail and sending out a replacement.
 
There is an exception to this rule for particularly expensive or heavy items (1.25kg+) which will usually sent by next day courier.
 
We do endeavour to get all orders placed before 5:00pm sent out on a same day basis and there are few exceptions however if delivery is particularly urgent please contact us before ordering as this delivery schedule is not guaranteed.
 
Cancelling an order
 
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
 
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely, open a returns request through 'my ebay' and follow the return instructions they give you.
 
Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
 
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

We offer all our customers a 30-day no quibble money-back guarantee on all our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
 
In the event of malfunction we will guarantee the product up to a maximum of one year from the date of purchase (unless expressly stated within the listing) however we reserve the right to charge the cost of the cartridge plus a handling fee if we replace a cartridge returned by a customer which is later found to be empty.
 
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.
 
If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us to let us know the item is coming back to us or open a return via the ebay managed return process which we fully support. Please note that if you return an item using this method, we can only offer a refund for the item and NOT a replacement as this system does not allow any other resolution.

I found it very good & efficient. It arrived on time too. The only worry I had was that I bought the 6000 papers catridge toner type, but the toner I received didn’t indicate anything to show or confirm that it was my exact choice that was sent. How can I know it was not the toner of 3000 papers that was sent? No way. This was not right. Seller needs to Indicate the toner capacity (volume) on its body to avoid customers’ confidence deficit
