Unfortunately dean had a very bad attitude and poor customer service skills when dealing with my issue. It was a gift for my nephew which was unboxed, scattered around and unpresentable. In other words a mess. I send Vinted parcels off better than that. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but your response was extremely unprofessional and defensive when I was polite. Merry Christmas

I don't get negative feedback at all & I sell these items through other platforms as well & customers are really impressed with how safely packaged they are.
