The item was listed as "like new", however the case arrived torn up. Additionally, the case art has some tears on it. For a video game that's basically an SD card, the case is really where the "like new" comes from when buying games like this. Not what I was expecting, so I'd say I'm definitely disappointed with this experience.

Controller didn’t come with any kind of protection what so ever the controller is not the same as in the picture the one I have is dirty grimy with some wet residue spots It won’t charge let alone turn on and and the shipping was terrible i waited 2 weeks for a non working item and when I was going to return the item I was then finally provided with a tracking number.
