Agreement
By completing and sending the order the customer concludes a legal contract with the seller since the customer has agreed on the offer made by the seller.
This means that the customer is obliged to accept the ordered item.
 
Products
The Transformers are tested and cleaned by our services and are in working condition. As this doesn’t consider new products they are not submitted to guarantee.
The products are originally vintage and may contain using marks. Important malfunctions (such as stress marks, loose joints, discolouring) are always mentioned in the object description.
 
Prices
All products in our store include VAT . All handling costs are included. Shipping costs are included.
 
Payment
Orders remain reserved for seven days. Providing the payment hasn’t arrived by then the products will return to the shop and relisted.
As soon as the payment has arrived, we‘ll confirm your order by email and send you the ordered products within one working day.
You can pay with Paypal or banktransfer.
Other payments are not negotiable.
 
Collection or delivery
We deliver worldwide with no restrictions.
Shipping costs are free, tracking included.
 
To avoid misunderstandings the total amount sent by email includes the shipping costs. All products will be packed with extreme care and professional packaging, but the risk on damage or loss is the customer’s responsibility.
We always combine multiple orders for the same shipping amount. Ebay store Meiradario Order Stacking Service allows you to create one stack, or as we like to call it an "open order". There is a no cancelation policy on items in your stack, so make sure if you add something to your stack you really want it.

Complaints
Complaints concerning ordered and delivered products need to arrive within 48 hours after arrival.
If the costumer isn’t satisfied he can return the product within 7 days and he’ll be refund. ( all shipping costs exclusive)
