Great and unique vendor! Very responsive! I would buy textbooks again directly from Philip Conrod. The textbook was Brand New, as advertised, and came bundled with the downloadable source code and multimedia files. Other booksellers couldn't provide the "original" bundled code or multimedia files as they sell used or pre-owned books. It was a very fun and unique experience purchasing the textbook direct from the author himself! Highly Recommended!
