2- If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, we will NOT be held responsible for any labour costs or any damage, no matter whatever sort, involved in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty period.
 
3. Delivery / Courier delays -We do NOT accept any liability / responsibility for delayed deliveries by the couriers. We try our best to get the goods to the customer but please note the delivery times specified on our listings are approximate delivery times, and may vary under certain circumstance, for example festive seasons like Xmas, Easter, bad weather like rain, snow, winds etc., which can delay the couriers due to back log.

Couriers will attempt delivery on 2 occasions prior to the item being returned to ourselves, and if they cannot deliver the goods they will leave you a card and you MUST contact them. If for any reason the goods are returned to us then you will be liable for Re-delivery, with this in mind it is important that you contact the courier’s to arrange re-delivery or collection as soon as possible. Also when making the purchase Please provide a mobile number for the couriers in the pay pal address section at the time of purchase/checkout, if no number is supplied then there is a possibility of a delayed delivery.
 
All service kits purchased from us will require a valid UK registration number plate that you will provide before or after purchase, if this information is not provided then it may cause delays, In which case we will not take any responsibilities for late deliveries.
 
ALL our prices include V.A.T & include free delivery; we accept all major credit cards.
 
All deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery. If in any case you instruct the delivery company to leave parcel in safe location then AUTOCURE MOTOR FACTOR LTD will not be held responsible if the parcel is not received by the buyer and parcel goes missing or stolen
