All goods must be unused and in their original packaging, orders returned without following this procedure may not be refunded. Returns costs are at your expense.

Personalised items can only be returned if faulty or miss spelt and the original spelling on the customers order is correct. Should this happen Please contact us at Sales@Tinygemz.com with your reason for return, Name, Address, and Order Number. We will endeavour to contact you to arrange your return. Postage for returns in the instance of faults of miss spelling by TinyGemz will of course be covered by TinyGemz.
