Payment UK Customers: We accept PayPal only and cheques only.
 
Payment Overseas Customers: We accept PayPal only.
 
PayPal : When paying using PayPal the payment should be described as instant. If it isn't payment will be by PayPal echeque. If you don't have a credit or debit card registered or the one registered has expired then payment is by echeque. PayPal echeques take approximately 10 days to clear.
 
Combining Orders: If purchasing multiple items you can request a combined invoice before paying and we will try to reduce the postage costs where possible. Please note that this is not possible after payment has been received.
 
Non Payment: Payment must be received within 4 days or a dispute will be automatically opened with ebay. You will then have a limited time to complete the payment before the dispute is closed to allow us to recover our fees. ebay will then issue you with a non payment strike.
 
Delivery Service: When placing an order with Sardar & Sons (UK) CO. Ltd you are instructing us to use a third party to make the delivery on your behalf. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times set out in this deliveries section are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

For UK customers all orders are sent using Royal Mail. For overseas all orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail (small packets).

If your order is at your local delivery office and it is not collected within 3 weeks it will be returned to us. In this instance we will refund your payment minus the postage and packing costs. If you still require the item you will have to re-purchase.
 
Cancellation and Returns: If for any reason after you have received your order you want to cancel you can return the item for a full refund minus the original postage costs.
 
The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition and returned with its packaging.
 
The cost of the return postage is your responsibility and we strongly recommend using a trackable means like recorded delivery.
