Both books in today's parcel satisfactory when posted but hit badly by Royal Mail on the corners through polythene thin wrap, less common than formerly now the South West Parcel Centre is up and running but still disappointing and I may have to replace the otherwise good value book later (though still via Baham Books). I suspect Royal Mail is still mixing parcels of books (marked Photo for special care) with parcels of metal machine parts in the trailers and on the conveyor belts and scanners.
