We only accept returns that are unworn and still in the original packaging.
 
Please email us to let us know that you wish to return an item, so that we know to expect the item back.
 
We will not refund the original and return postage costs. We will only refund the value of the item
 
Returns Policy If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. <br> Returns made after 14 days from the date of receiving the item a return will not be accepted. The item must be returned unworn in its original condition as new. (We reserve the right to return any goods back to the sender if not in the new and perfect condition they were sent.) Please Note:
• If you require a refund for your item you must send us a return request via the ebay returns system. We will be unable to process a refund until this request has been sent to us.

• For exchanges, we require a delivery fee of £2.99 to UK Mainland inorder to send the exchanged item back to you

• We only refund postage for Faulty item only if they are bought from eBay Return system or we only issue PrePaid return label. Any means of postage used by buyer on their convenience would not be refunded. Item never arruved. E-bay Customer Services ended up obtaining a refund as this Seller couldn't be bothered to reply to any emails from me. Not a very pleasant experience.

I ordered and made payment on Nov. 9, the status was 'Dispatched' (no delivery date was communicated) on the next day. I had to go for an alternative on Nov. 14th and I requested for a refund. The product was delivered on 17th and I returned it without opening the carton.
