1/ Dispatched and packaging costs include labour, materials and fees for third-party posting services.
 
2/Due to the current industrial action by Royal Mail, this issue will cause delays on postage arrival times on certain days. We cannot be held responsible for delays after we have dispatched an order. Please see Royal Mail's website on information of industrial action and updates. There will also be delays at peak times prior to Christmas. We recommend purchasing early to avoid disappointment on late arrival of orders. Once an item is dispatched, it is out of our control and handled by a third party. We currently use Royal Mail UK. If there is a delay after 10 working days for UK, 20 working days for Europe and 25 working days for rest of the world, send us an email stating such. We will assist you in investigating where your order is.

3/ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
 
Due to Brexit, The UK is no longer in The European Union. This now means that all items are held and inspected at Customs in your country. Tracking of a parcel will not move whilst held there and at peak times such as December, there are likely to be delays due to the backlog of parcels.
Once an item leaves UK, it is no longer handled by Royal Mail UK and is dealt with by your own national postage service. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AN ITEM CANNOT BE CLASSED AS "LOST" UNTIL 20 WORKING DAYS HAVE PASSED FOR EUROPE AND 25 WORKING DAYS FOR OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD. These are Royal Mail's conditions of postage.
 
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
