Verkoopvoorwaarden
Postage:
I post every morning Monday to Friday, orders and payments that clear before 12noon will, in most circumstances, be dispatched the same working day. Orders and payments that clear after 12noon will be dispatched the next working day.
If you are ordering multiple items, which are different, please request and wait for your invoice as offer combined postage for your multiple purchase - where the postage is displayed separately, if you want to know the postage cost in advance please ask for a quote prior to ordering.
By waiting for an invoice prior to paying you can pay for multiple items in one transaction and pay the best postage price.
To UK postal addresses I post my items Royal Mail standard 1st and 2nd class. I will always tell you when I am going to post your purchase and I endeavour to post the same or next working day. A lot of the parcels I send are sent via royal mail recorded, this service is insured. A variety of postal options are available; please select according to your requirements. I have 1st and 2nd class postal options on all my listing now. I can also offer Special Delivery and a Courier service – these both attract a next working day delivery. If you would like your parcel in a hurry please select the correct postal option.
 
 
For international addresses recorded delivery is additional, please ask for a quote, and is an insured service.
ROYAL MAIL!
In accepting standard post there is no guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver in the time frame specified and they have 15 working days to deliver your parcel. In the unlikely event your item goes missing in the post I will need to contact Royal Mail to log a complaint, I will forward your details to Royal Mail and during the course or their investigation may contact you about the lost item. Royal Mail do not consider a package missing until 15 working days after posting (that's three weeks), 30 days for international destinations. I cannot put in any claim with Royal Mail until 15 workings days (30 days for international items) have passed from the date of posting.
I understand how annoying and frustrating a delayed or lost parcel is and will do everything I can to help. However, I cannot control Royal Mail or it's postal workers.
I get proof of postage on every item I send out, and I will only post to the address given by you though PayPal. Please make sure your postal details are up to date, I don't know if you have just moved and haven't changed your address with Ebay or PayPal!
For large items that will not fit though a letter box and for recorded items, If you are out when the postman tries to deliver, the postman will leave you a calling card and your parcel will kept at your local post office or sorting office for you to collect, if you fail to collect your parcel it will be returned to sender. In the event of your parcel being returned to sender I will inform you I have your parcel and I can either re-post at the original posting cost or refund the cost of the item only.
Any loss or damage to your parcel must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
Late Payments
Please pay for your item/s as you order. If you are ordering multiple items please request an invoice prior to paying.
If your order is not paid for straight away the items ordered remain 'in stock' and available for sale and will be sold to the first person who pays for the items. If stock is limited you may miss out.
If you change your mind about the order you have just placed, please let me know so I can cancel the transaction for you.
Ebay automatically open unpaid cases for items that remain unpaid for after about 2 weeks. If the item/s remain unpaid then Ebay will automatically issue an unpaid strike against you and this could affect your buying in the future.
Returns
We accept returns.
If you wish to return your purchase please let me know prior to returning your item. Once the item is returned I will issue a refund for the cost of the item, you as the buyer, are responsible for the cost of the return post.
Any items that are returned must be, for hygiene reasons, un-opened, unused and in a resalable condition and with its original packaging.
 
If your parcel has been returned to us by royal mail I will contact you to discuss our options, either reposting - at your cost or a refund for the item only. If you have benefitted from free post, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
Every care is taken to ensure you receive your purchase in excellent condition, if however your item is damaged or faulty please let me know straight away so we can come to an agreeable solution. You may be asked to provide photos of and damage to the item and packaging.
Mistakes
Apart from the computer we are all human here at Essential Beauty Care and on occasion we make mistakes. If we have made a mistake please let us know so we can rectify as soon as possible for you. If you don't tell us we don't know!
