Once you have placed your Ebay order with us, you will receive a confirmation email.
The complete VAT invoice will be sent with your purchase.

Our deliveries are handled by either TNT or Royal Mail.
On arrival, all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage or shortage by the customer, or your approved signatory at the delivery address given. In the unlikely event that you do find any damage or shortage, please either refuse delivery or contact us immediately.
Please open all the boxes, parcels or packets as soon as they arrive. You have 2 days to notify us of any damage.
If we are not notified of damage within this time, you agree to indemnify PM ServiceCare in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 2 days. Any items collected by the purchaser or purchasers agent are collected in pristine condition, once they leave our premises the purchaser has accepted the goods as being in pristine condition, PM ServiceCare is therefore not liable for any damage thereafter.
Please do not use the product if it is damaged, as once it is used you have agreed to it being in pristine and therefore useable condition.

Returns Policy
You will then need to contact sales@pmservicecare.com or call 01844 237280.
If any item has any faults or manufacturing defects on delivery, it will be replaced at our expense.
You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition as they were delivered. You must return them to us, at your cost.
The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition as delivered, with the original undamaged packaging. You should not write anything on the product packaging as the product will not be in a saleable condition and you will not be refunded.
If you are returning the goods it is recommended that you take out insurance against damage or if the goods go missing.
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after we have delivered them to you, this would be at our discretion and up to a maximum of 30 days. You must not have used the goods and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us, at your cost.
It is important to inspect your goods upon arrival.
We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable.
