Delivery

Absolute Cult is not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery, or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.
 
Washing Instructions
All washing & care instructions of the garments supplied by Absolute Cult must be complied with. We recommend you always wash or iron printed garments inside out, do not use bleach and wash at 30c as this will maintain the quality and lifespan of the print. To avoid any shrinkage, garments should not be tumble dried; please check the garment label for more details.
 
Payment
Payment via Paypal is required in full at point of order.
 
Title
The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full to Absolute Cult.
 
Cancellations
Any order cancellations should be confirmed as soon as possible, by email or telephone, so we can try to avoid dispatching any unwanted orders. In the event of an order being cancelled after it has been dispatched, we will provide a free returns service via Royal Mail’s Returns portal.
 
Substitute Garments/Fabrics
Any shortfalls or quality complaints must be notified in writing to Absolute Cult within 3 working days of delivery.
