The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions. Please read them carefully and you may print a copy for future reference.
 
Delivery Information
 
We aim to dispatch all orders on the day of ordering (weekdays only) if order is placed within the time
frame stated.
 
Royal mail 2nd class delivery takes around 2-3 working days and 1st class around 1 working day. These days are estimated and not guaranteed. In some circumstances, Royal mail may take up to 15 working days to deliver. If you have not received your order after a period of 15 working days, please contact us. We will arrange to either send you replacement or refund. If any item is returned back to us due to incorrect address then the buyer is responsible to pay additional postage cost to resend the item to revised address. If the buyer wants refund then postage cost plus £0.20 paypal fee will be deducted from the total amount.
 
Returns and Refunds
 
We provide a 14 day money back guarantee on all products purchased. Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the 14th working day. All goods are returned are at the buyer's own risk and items not received by us cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced. All products must be in its original pack and unopened. Any damaged/opened/used return will not be refunded, exchanged or replaced.
 
Faulty Products
 
If products are faulty or do not conform to description, you may return them and will be entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund. The product must be sent in its original pack and without original pack no replacement or refund will be issued. Please be aware that we will only refund postage costs up to the cost incurred by us during delivery. Within 6 months of dispatch, if there is a fault with your product we will normally offer a repair, exchange or refund. Any faults after that period must be reported to the manufacturer.
 
To qualify for a repair, refund or exchange the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
 
We will test every item returned to us. Only repair, replacement or refund will be authorised should a fault be found. In the event of a replacement not being available a full refund or an alternative product will be offered.
If no fault can be found by us, the item will be returned to you at your own postage cost. This charge will need to be paid before we dispatch your item. If you don’t agree to pay these costs within 1 month of being notified, we may dispose the items.
