Like every online shop we've got a bit of important small print you should read. By buying from us, you're agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you are unsure about any part of these, please contact us before purchasing any goods.
 
- All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£)
- We only post goods to the address inputted at checkout, if a different address is required, we will refund your payment so you can repurchase
- We do not post to PO Box addresses
- Goods are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment
- we will post multiple purchases in one parcel
- Goods may require a signature on delivery
- The UK Royal Mail Special Delivery option is not available when items are being posted to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and remote parts of Scotland. This is as per Royal Mail conditions due to journey times and/or customs checks.
- Our prices quoted for 'Special Delivery for 1pm next day' are for Monday to Friday deliveries only. Please contact us for a price for a Saturday delivery as this is dearer.
- Once goods are dispatched, Cashmere Cabin are not liable for any delays caused by the postal service this includes bad weather, industrial action, peak periods for example christmas etc. This also applies to Royal Mail Special Deliveries.
- If goods are delayed by the postal service, no claims for lost post can be made until the following number of working days have passed : 15 working days for UK addresses, 21 working days for EU addresses and 28 days for the rest of the world. This is in accordance with Royal Mail policies.
- Estimated delivery times vary for goods dispatched overseas and cannot be guaranteed due to customs checks etc
- Any customs or import duties charged once goods reach your destination country will be the buyers responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
- Cashmere Cabin complies and operates completely in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, Distance Selling Regulations and all other UK trading laws
- If a customer changes their mind, under the Distance Selling Regulations customers have 30 days from day after receipt of goods to return them for a refund. Once goods have been dispatched, we will only refund the cost of goods, postage costs are non-refundable. The goods must be unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. The buyer will be responsible for returning the goods to Cashmere Cabin at your own cost using a postal service that requests a signature on delivery. This is to ensure there are no problems with goods lost in transit. If returning goods, please contact Cashmere Cabin through Ebay first for a return address.
- Refunds will be paid back to the account they originated from
- All contracts will be carried out in the English language.
- Any disputes arising should be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. Our contracts are all governed by Scottish Law.
