Returns & Refunds: Goods should arrived undamaged,please check before signing for them. Goods arriving in damaged packaging should be rejected.
Any damaged or missing items found when unpacked should be reported to me immediately.
Buyers have 14 days to cancel a "Buy it now" or "Best offer" transaction,all "Auction style" listings and items sold as "Faulty" or "For parts only , not working" do not qualify for the 14 day cancellation period .All items must be returned in the same state as they where originally received and must be adequately packed.Return postage will be paid for by the buyer.Refund for cancelling a transaction will include any original shipping costs paid by the buyer.Customs charges,import taxes and fees that may be incurred by the destination country are non refundable.Returned items that are damaged in transit are the buyers responsibility and will not be accepted or will be given a refund minus cost of the part/parts damaged. As every machine is different I cannot install drivers to cover all possible hardware configurations but these can usually be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.
