At Crafty Computers we wish to offer our customers value for money products are made to very high standards and to ensure you can be confident in purchasing from Crafty Computers we offer a full “No Quibble 30 Day Money Back Guarantee”. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will either replace with another product or refund the full amount of your purchase.
 
Warranty
 
We offer a 90-day return to base warranty. The warranty covers hardware malfunctions only. We do not refund your cost for returning the goods to us. When the goods have been returned, they will be inspected. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Unwanted or incompatible items can be returned, but we will deduct the original postage cost when refunding. Please contact us by email or phone if you have a problem, we are here to help and want to resolve all problems to the satisfaction of our clients. Excludes batteries.
 
Battery Warranty
 
Unfortunately there is no test which can test batteries and therefore batteries are not included in our warranty. We will try and indicate in our listings if the battery is holding a charge but we can not guarantee this
 
Collection
 
Due to security reasons we can not offer a collection service in person, all items will be dispatched when funds have cleared.
 
Payment
 
PayPal is our preferred method of payment we will accept cheques (please allow 5 days from receipt of cheque for cheque to clear) and bank transfer (please call for bank details). Equipment will not be released for dispatch until payment is cleared.
 
VAT
 
Crafty Computers is not VAT registered so our prices do not include VAT
 
Feedback
 
Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave us feedback and we will do the same for you. If you are not satisfied please contact us as soon as possible as we will want to put the matter right.
 
Postage
 
Our normal delivery time is 5 working days from date of payment. We also offer a 24 hour delivery for which additional charges apply. Advertised postage cost is valid for mainland UK (excluding Highlands) only. Postage to all Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands is at extra cost. To avoid disappointment, ask for a postage quote before bidding. We offer discounts on postage if you purchase multiple items: we charge full postage cost for the heaviest item and 50% postage for each additional item
 
Over Sea's
We only ship to UK mainland, Islands & Highlands (extra charges apply for Islands & Highlands) we do not ship overseas
 
Second User
 
All items supplied by will be Upcycled or second user unless otherwise stated. Second user equipment has been preowned by one or more person or company prior to under going Crafty Computers testing procedures.
