Return Policy:
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
1) The item has a manufacturers defect or fault.
1a) The item received is not the item purchased as seen and described in the item listing.
1b) If you regret the purchase, but only if the item remains unopened, undamaged and unused.
2) The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
3) The buyer must pay the return postage costs, unless the item received is not the item purchased, or the item is defective or faulty.
3a) The buyer is responsible for providing adequate and appropriate packaging to ensure safe return of items.
3b) All items must be returned using a Track & Trace service.
3c) Robot Recruits will only refund return postage up to the value of the item.
3d) Robot Recruits cannot refund any returned items that become lost, damaged or missing in return transit.
4) The item received is not the item purchased. In the event of a wrong item sent a full refund including all postage costs will be issued upon the return of the wrong item.
5) The item received differs significantly (or has been grossly misrepresented) from the item purchased as seen and described in the item listing.
6) Under no circumstances will Robot Recruits offer cash refunds. Any reimbursement that is deemed necessary will be through Paypal or electronic transfer.
Return Procedure:
1) Please email us as soon as possible via the ebay messaging system.
2) Please supply your contact details, the item number, title/description and reason for return.
3) We will return your email as soon as possible with further instructions as to how to proceed.
Postage & Packing:
1) Robot Recruits does not make money on postage and packing charges. You will pay the actual amount it costs us to pack and send your items to you.
2) All domestic (UK) orders are sent by Track & Trace Services. We use Royal Mail services; Hermes; Collect+.
3) All domestic (UK) items are sent by registered post and come with a tracking number and proof of postage.
4) We aim to dispatch your items within 3 days of receiving your payment, however during busy periods it may take longer (excludes weekends, bank holidays and national holidays).
5) Items sent via registered post may require a signature on arrival. In the event that there is no-one at home, a calling card will be left and your item will be kept at your local sorting office. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery of items held at your local sorting office.
5a) Most shipping agents will only keep Registered Postal Items at your local sorting office for a maximum of 7 days before they are returned to sender.
5b) If Robot Recruits receives a returned item due to non-collection the items will be put in 'stasis storage' for a maximum of 30 days. This means they will still be available to the customer during this period and re-delivery can be arranged.
5c) The customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage for all re-delivery items.
5d) If, you, the customer do not claim your returned item(s) within 30 days your order will be treated as a return in the usual manner (see return policy).
Combined Shipping:
1) Robot Recruits is happy to provide combined shipping for multiple purchases on most of our items to save our customers money on postage and packing. Please email us before bidding or buying with your requests and requirements and we will be happy to arrange suitable shipping options for you. However please note the following requirements:
1a) We will only combine shipping on like sized items and/or items of a similar type.
1b) If you purchase multiple items but do not contact us regarding combined shipping before bidding or buying we reserve the right to require you, the buyer, to pay for some or all of the items to be shipped individually or in groups.
1c) We will only combine shipping for multiple items on auctions that end within 5 days of one another.
International Shipping:
1) Import duties, taxes, and any other charges that the buyer may be subject to in order to receive international items into their home country are not included in the item price, or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
2) Robot Recruits will not falsify a customs form to declare an item as a gift or mark down an item's monetary value from its actual sale price.
3) All international orders will only be shipped using a delivery service that provides a tracking number with insurance and/or compensation to cover items in the event that they become lost, damaged or missing. This requires Global Priority or Global Express delivery services (for some European customers we may be able to use Royal Mail Business Services depending on your delivery address). It is the buyers responsibility to enquire before bidding or buying what shipping services are available to his/her delivery destination and the costs involved. Any international buyer that does not enquire about shipping options before bidding or buying will automatically be charged for shipping via Global Express delivery at the auction's end.
3a) Our international orders are shipped through Transglobalexpress services (or Royal Mail Business Services for some European destinations may be available).
Payment & Non Paying Bidders/Buyers:
1) Please wait for us to send you your invoice before paying.
1a) We will invoice you for all your items within 48hrs of the last auction end.
1b) If you do not receive an invoice from us within 48hrs please email us using the ebay messaging system and request an invoice for all items purchased before paying.
2) Payment for all items must be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
2a) Payment must be made by Paypal only.
3) All bidders/buyers who do not make payment within 7 days will be reported to ebay and a non paying item case will be opened against you.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Items:
1) If your item becomes lost, damaged or missing in transit please contact us by email as soon as possible. We are here to help and will do our best to resolve your problem.
1a) Damage. If your item becomes damaged in transit you must contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to file claims on behalf of our customers, however, we will only file a claim for a damaged item within 7 days of your receiving the damaged item. After this time all sales are final. You must keep all the damaged items with the original shipping box, packing material and any outside wrapping. You may be required to produce photographic evidence of the damage and any endorsement of damage left by the shipping agent/courier such as on the proof of delivery form (if available). You will also need to provide the item invoice to validate the item's value. Claims usually take 2 weeks to process and your item will be replaced/refunded as soon as the shipping agent/courier approves your claim.
1b) Lost or Missing Item. If your item does not arrive by its expected delivery date and time and you suspect it has become lost or missing please email us as soon as possible and we will investigate the matter on your behalf. If you wish to file a claim we will be happy to do so on your behalf, however, you must contact us no later than 10 days after the expected delivery date. After this time all sales are final. You will also need to provide the item invoice to validate the item's value. Claims usually take 2 weeks to process and your item will be replaced/refunded as soon as the shipping agent/courier approves your claim.
Customer Satisfaction & Ebay Feedback:
1) Robot Recruits aims to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. If at any time you are concerned or have an enquiry about any of our listings, items, policies, terms & conditions, your order, or purchased items please email us via the ebay messaging system. We are here to help and appreciate the good communication we have with all of our customers. We have a friendly approach to business and aim to return all communication within 48hrs (excluding weekends, bank holidays and national holidays).
1a) By purchasing items from Robot Recruits you are agreeing that in the event of a complaint or grievance you may have against Robot Recruits and our service, you will contact us first with your complaint in order for us to attempt to resolve your issues to your satisfaction first before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
2) If you are happy and satisfied with your purchases/items please leave us positive feedback, and we will aim to do the same for you within 48hrs.
2a) By leaving positive feedback you are agreeing that you are wholly satisfied with your item and the service provided by Robot Recruits, and as such all sales are final.
2b) In the event that you do not leave feedback after receiving your item or there is no communication from you within 14 days of receiving your item all sales are final.
Privacy Policy:
1) Your privacy is very important to us. Robot Recruits will only use the customer's personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1988.
2) Every time you make a purchase from Robot Recruits ebay and PayPal will make your details available to us, such as your contact information (like name and shipping address). This information is used for billing purposes only and to fulfill your order. If we have a problem processing an item, this contact information is used to get in touch with you the buyer.
3) Except for cases where we comply with a lawful demand for information by law enforcement authorities, Robot Recruits will never disclose any personal information you provide us with (such as your name, shipping address, email address or telephone number), or any information related to your purchase history with us to any third parties.
4) Robot Recruits maintains all appropriate safeguards to ensure the security and privacy of all such information.
Disclaimer:
1) Robot Recruits does not provide warranties on any items sold. Any warranty or promises made by the manufacturers are solely their liability.
2) Robot Recruits shall not be held liable for any damaged goods or any injuries resulting from use of any items purchased.
3) Robot Recruits makes every effort to present accurate information regarding the items we have for sale. However, it is possible that discrepancies or inaccuracies may arise if Robot Recruits receives inaccurate information from our suppliers or other outside sources.
