Goblin Dreams try to give an accurate representation of my products, but due to the nature of the handcrafted items, they may differ very slightly from the photograph shown. We do have high quality control standards and am confident you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us.
 
Goblin Dreams aim to keep stock levels accurate, but in cases of out if stock items, we will contact you and give you options for refund, replacement or 2nd delivery.

Goblin Dreams take Privacy very seriously and we only collect the minimum data necessary to complete your order. Goblin Dreams will never pass your details to a third party.

Delivery
Goblin Dreams aims to process your order the same working day (if ordered before 2pm) where possible. This is with the exception of some handcrafted and personalised pieces. Goblin Dreams reserves the right to change this policy without notice and offers no guarantee that we can accomplish this aim everyday. Maximum dispatch time will be 7 working days, unless contacted.
 
You will receive notice of your items being dispatched via email. Estimated times for delivery, after dispatch are:
 
UK First Class
UK Second Class 1-3 working days
2-5 working days
Europe 3-7 working days
Rest of World 10-14 working days
These are estimated times only, and we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes.
If you do not receive your item within these timeframes, please contact us so that we can start to resolve.
If your items has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately
 
Returns
Goblin Dreams hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return* you may do so within a period of 14 days (*with the exception of pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons).
You must contact Goblin Dreams before returning, and we will give you instructions for return. Goblin Dreams are not responsible for return postage (unless item is damaged) and you must obtain proof of postage.
