All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, due to the handmade nature of the products, specifications may vary slightly. The items I sell ARE NOT toys, but for decoration only, therefore they should be kept out of reach of children, as can pose a choking/strangulation risk.
 
The responsibility is yours when it comes to what spelling/phrasing goes onto the pieces as I will only personalise items as you have stated in the personalisation boxes on the website/ or messages to me, so PLEASE, please check and double check for any spelling errors etc and ensure you have everything exactly as you wish in your correspondence with me, if you do happen to make a mistake please notify me asap, as if I have already started your order, I may not be able to change it!

Items lost in the post (after allowing the 15 day time frame that Royal Mail have in place for delivery) a replacement will be sent out asap, refunds are not offered in these circumstances.
