If any item needs to be returned for any reason (Accidental orders,Damage returns..etc) please contact us via eBay messaging service.We will arrange the returns for the product if needed otherwise If the customer wants to arrange the returns themselves then we wont be responsible for any postage paid.
 
Any Items arrived damaged, the buyer must provide two Photos of the broken part for our reference.
 
Buyer should cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.
Return postage will be paid by your buyer.

Postage costs for the items will not be refunded at all. For items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 20% will be deducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. EXAMPLE Item Cost £19.99 + free P&P, if item returned, £16.00 will only be refunded. £4.00 will be deducted for postage and packaging.
