Unfortunately, goods can sometimes get damaged in transit, if this happens please contact us and we will always work with you to fix the problem.

All our products are after market in origin, they are NOT original manufacturer parts, unless otherwise specified.
 
WARRANTY
Body Kit Store products are supported by the manufacturer's standard warranty, unless otherwise specified.
If there is a warranty problem, please first contact Body Kit Store, so that we can liaise with the manufacturer of the product.
The period of any warranty begins the day after delivery and becomes invalid if the product is modified or altered in any way.
 
TELEPHONE ORDERS.
For security reasons, we cannot take orders by telephone.
 
FITTING OUR PRODUCTS.
The correct fitting of some or all of our products may require a moderate degree of expertise.
We would recommend that products are fitted by a reputable Garage or Car Body Shop.
Where appropriate, of our products are supplied with fitting instructions.

Lighting products should always be professionally fitted and aligned on your vehicle in accordance with the Road Traffic Act.
Body Kit Store cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the incorrect fitting or misuse of our products.
 
DELIVERY.
We use various delivery methods and companies. Many smaller items are shipped on a 24-48 hour delivery service. Small items are normally sent by Royal Mail first class.
Please note that many items will be sent direct from manufacturers or wholesalers, who will use their own couriers and can take 5-7 Working Days.
We will deliver your order as soon as possible and normally send your order to you within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Many of our products are imported and whilst we try to give accurate delivery times, we cannot absolutely guarantee the timely supply of any goods, where the delay is beyond our control.
We cannot be held liable for any losses caused by untimely delivery and strongly recommend booking workshop time only after your goods have arrived.
Tracking information will normally be sent to your email or via the ebay sales record, as soon as it becomes available.
 
DELIVERY TIMES
Where we quote delivery times, these are an estimate from a third party courier and completely beyond our control.
 
If you are booking Garage or Body Shop time, we strongly advise waiting until your order has arrived before booking, Body Kit Store cannot accept liability for costs incurred because of delivery delays.

We sell our products across multiple platforms and sometimes stock runs out overnight or with very little warning.
If the goods you order are not in stock, or there is likely to be a significant delay, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone, and offer you the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
