Custom and personalised orders:
 
All my items are handmade, the colours can be changed and wording altered to suit your chosen colour or theme. Please email me with any requirements before placing your order so I can tailor to your specifications
 
Packaging:
 
I always ensure that my items are carefully packaged. All doors are individually wrapped within a cellophane bag and placed on a bed of shredded tissue paper to ensure they are safe, they are packaged with our special fairy door instructions, secured within a good quality postal box and finally wrapped in brown postal paper...so it does not give away the lovely contents inside!
 
My fairy door accessories are all individually wrapped and sent within a bubble envelope for maximum protection
 
Shipping:
 
Fairy Door orders are sent via Royal mail 2nd class Recorded Delivery (UK) or International Tracked and Signed (Worldwide)
 
Fairy Door accessories are sent via Standard 2nd Class post or International Standard for outside of the UK - This does NOT provide a tracking reference
 
I do obtain proof of postage for every order and can provide this if needed.

Please check the shipping address carefully before placing your order and get in touch if there are any issues.
 
Unfortunately if the shipping address provided is incorrect, I cannot accept responsibility for the failure of your items to arrive.
 
All packages are sent with a clear return address. If the items are returned to me I am more than happy to resend them to the correct address, provided that the shipping costs are covered by the customer.

All items are hand painted to order, please allow the up to 10 working days before your item is dispatched (unless specified in the listing)
