What is a refurbished laptop?
What should you expect when purchasing one?
 
A refurbished laptop is almost like new, with minor signs of previous use. These signs could be from it being a display or owned by someone else.
Refurbished laptops maintain their speed.
 
They perform as well as brand new ones but at a lower price. You might notice minor signs of use.
 
All our machines undergo thorough testing to ensure top performance. Each laptop we send is guaranteed to perform its best.

Important note about batteries:
 
Battery life depends on the model, configuration, applications, features, and usage. The battery s maximum capacity decreases over time.
 
Batteries are consumable items and wear out.
Therefore, we don t offer warranty on them.
 
A laptop battery s performance decreases with use until it reaches the end of its lifespan.
 
Using the correct charger and power supply is crucial to avoid damaging the battery or device.
 
Regarding warranty and returns:
 
We accept returns within 30 days after you receive the parcel if the item is faulty or defective.
 
If you do not like the item or change your mind, returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the item.
 
Please note:
 
We provide a 30-day warranty for returns, repairs, and refunds at no charge, covering all costs during this period.
 
However, after 30 days, repairs are not free of charge as stated in the description and return policy.
 
Additionally, we do not cover shipping costs beyond this period. If you decide to repair the item after 30 days, you, the buyer, are responsible for all repair and postage costs.
 
After 30 days, we do not accept returns for full refunds.
 
Regarding the warranty, it lasts for 30 days after you receive the parcel if the item is faulty or defective.

Please ensure that all original packaging, accessories (such as cables and remote controls), certificates, manuals, warranty cards, free gifts, or bonus items are included in the return.
 
If the original condition of the item has been altered by you, the buyer, we will not accept the return.
 
In such cases, we may involve eBay or PayPal to assist with the issue.
