And i Requested more info about the VAT hope to get a response because i will be ordering again.

DHL basically signed me off with a message saying that the package has arrived in your country and will arrive shortly but no tracking will be available. After leaving THREE messages on their various websites they finally carried on tracking to my home. But this is no reflection on the supplier.
