  First purchase from this seller - 5 Stars! Item as described, queries responded to promptly & in friendly manner. Porcelain protected & packaged very well. Box must have been dropped or kicked at some point during transit as arrived with large dent. However all items arrived in perfect condition due to the individual wrapping & protection. Save this seller because when you find a porcelain seller who takes such care with wrapping & are a pleasure to communicate with, you can’t go wrong. Thanks

  I am so pleased to have discovered this company that has a wonderful selection of items. Everything was described honestly and the price range was in a sensible budget. I got three items and got them in a combined postage. They arrived together in a strong box and well protected from the perils of Evri who are well known to ignore "FRAGILE" MANY THANKS for all three which are going into different rooms I am currently doing in new themes. This one next to a milk churn in the kitchen

  A very positive transaction here, despite x1 of the plates unfortunately breaking during the postal system. The seller was extremely quick to respond to my message and fairly offered me a 20% refund for the damage... The partial refund was also dealt with promptly! All the other items were packaged securely and in lovely condition. This seller is trustworthy! I would feel very confident to buy from him again! I have saved this seller. Thanks :)
