  had trouble with delivery but it was fine didn’t mind waiting but honestly customer service was on point very helpful packaging was perfect no damage and honestly for the price i wouldn’t complain it like the same as the original it is as described i would buy again if needed too but very good product

  Everything arrived as expected. These don't seem to be OEM knives as the pictures kinda imply. They arrived in a non-descript brown box wrapped in enough bubble wrap to make Humpty Dumpty fall off the wall and neither the King's horses nor the King's men would notice. The fact that they seem non-OEM isn't an issue to me - just be aware.

  Excellent communication they sent multiple messages to keep in touch over a relatively cheap part and worth noting the very very fast postage. Item works as described, feels the same as original. Very happy. Would use again.
