  WoW, now this is beautiful. No imperfections at all, crystal clear and a really nice size and weight. Exactly as described and a great price. The dispatch time and delivery were fast, and all items purchased were packed up really well by a thoughtful seller. Thank you so much for the amazing items.   Item arrived damaged, but the seller was very quick in replying to my emails and was happy for me to return the item for a full refund. As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service. Good price, bigger size than a usual file box, but sadly bad scratches on the back of the box.

  The time between purchase and posting seemed way over drawn out. I let him know that I knew some collectors who'd want to buy any others of this Sugar skull example and asked how many he had. His response was not what I could call friendly and he didn't seem at all interested in communicating or in me sending him some customers, so I didn't bother in the end. I'm leaving positive feedback out of politeness. Not eager to deal again. Not the best eBay shopping experience, though not the worst.

  Item arrived in good time, was 'as described' and in perfect condition/factory sealed. Excellent price for the item. Unfortunately it was faulty, however the seller responded efficiently and reasonably, arranging a return and refund very quickly. Highly recommend. Very professional.

  Unfortunately, after being notified the CD had been dispatched (via Royal Mail), it did not arrive within the estimated delivery window (as I write this a week later, it still hasn't arrived). However, Yachew were quick off the mark when I contacted them and dealt with the no show by refunding me within a couple of days - can't fault the vendor, that was great customer service!
