  I do not recommend this seller. They sent the wrong part and made no effort to resolve the issue. Communication was very slow and unhelpful. I ended up losing money, as I had to pay €50 out of pocket for the return shipping. The seller also refused to refund me at first — thankfully, the eBay support team stepped in and handled the situation. Be cautious if you decide to buy from this seller.

  Hi, we are always responsible for our faults, that was sent wrong part we agreed and also agreed to refund or change after getting back, but as it was sent to germany in europe, and it was returned from switzerland(import and export taxes must be paid) we had problem with your return, also Ebay policy says that return should be sent from the same country were it was originaly sent, so accept that part was sent wrong and we agreed to return/refund after getting part back.
