  I left a positive feedback for this seller by mistake. The keurig I purchased was advertised as new open box but what I received was clearly used, nasty, and disgusting. Requested a return and the seller haggled me but ultimately I filed a claim to return it and got a refund. Purchased one from another seller and that seller deserves the positive feedback I left for this seller by mistake. BUYER BEWARE.

  Buyer made a false claim that our Keurig K-Supreme case, listed as “Open Box – New,” was “dirty and used.” This statement was completely untrue. Every item leaving our facility is carefully tested, inspected, and photographed to ensure accuracy. Upon return, the product was verified to be in new condition, exactly as described.
