  The listing said the camera was “excellent to near mint condition,” but it arrived with a clearly visible line on the screen and marks on the body. When I asked for a partial refund, the seller called me a scammer and said they would never give any refund. Their replies were rude and unprofessional. Out of frustration, I filed for a full refund and considered escalating to eBay, but in the end I canceled the return to avoid wasting more time and energy. This seller was extremely impolite.
