  Great value; great quality; new as described in listing; very quick delivery. Box was damaged during shipping,and one of the glasses was cracked in several places. The seller was quick in offering either a partial refund or return free of charge. Then, seller informed me that a request was being made to the warehouse for a replacement of the cracked glass. Very impressed with this seller!

  The item is just as described. The USPS however is a joke. They held my package for no reason for 2 days, which delayed the arrival of the slide and we didn’t have it for the birthday party that we ordered it for. The seller is stellar and had great communication!

The box it was packaged in was not the prettiest, but that was indicated in the listing, so I didn't mind. The product itself was undamaged and spotless. Fantastic product, just as described.   Quick to work with. Had my items out for shipping almost immediately after processing. The description of the item was a bit misleading, but I also believe that was my fault. I had assumed that the cushions would come in a pack of two, as they were originally sold. Clearer description, informing buying of just one cushion would have been helpful and avoided a return. But overall, very easy to work with and responsive!
