  AAA+++ If I could give this seller a better rating I would. I have been on ebay since it started & in all those years I have never met a better, more responsive seller than this one. I had shipping concerns & within the hour they not only had them addressed, they provided proof with photos & a guarantee. They offered to work with me if anything went wrong. The package was the best packaged item I have ever received from anyone & the item is working as described. You can trust this seller.

  Great seller whose very responsive! Answered all my questions and worked with me to find lower shipping rate. Freight shipment arrived well packed and undamaged. Racks all appear unused and as described including all original components and packaging. Hope to do business again!

  Unfortunately the original part number on the box was crossed out and a new hand written number was shown. The bearing received did not match the hand written number on the box. I requested a return and complete refund which the seller took care of immediately. Was sorry not to get the right bearing, but the seller made everything right.

  One of the best sellers I've purchased from! My item was perfectly secured and packaged in a nice box and shipped faster than expected! The faucet is very nice, every bit as good as described, but there was an issue with a part on the item I purchased (a surprise to myself and the seller) and the seller responded quickly and made everything right.
