  They seller was honest about a crack in the top but wrapped the item well to get it to me safely. I glued the top after it arrived but it didn't really matter. It was perfume for personal use.

  Seller must have run out of the size I ordered, since the size I ordered is now not available. So, instead of just canceling the order, they sent me a different size - hoping I wouldn't notice (???). I contacted them and they told me to open a return. I opened the return. It's now FIVE days later and they haven't accepted the return. Looks like Ebay will have to step in to resolve. Would definitely not recommend this seller!

  We would love for buyers to reach out to us to find a resolution together before posting negative feedback. Too many assumptions in this review. The return was accepted, we covered the shipping cost both ways, the money was fully refunded. Hopefully, they will revise this review and, in the future provide feedback only after the process is completed, the way good buyers would do, to be completely fair to everyone involved. Thank you.

  Shipping was super quick, 2 days, and I’m very excited to use the new makeup. Also included a note with a discount on next purchase, the box was wrapped nicely so no damage, will recommend to my friends and will be returning myself :)

  I am very happy with my order, it came very quickly and it’s in mint condition. I thank the seller. The packaging was perfect also. I actually didn’t realize that I bought 2 sets from the same seller but that was a nice surprise to see both items in the package.
