  The ceiling fan arrived in a half-open box with tape all over. One of the shades was broken, and the canopy had paint. The seller advertised it as an open box, not a used item. I contacted the Seller immediately, but there was no accountability, and there was still no response.

  I was first pleased with the seller as it took 2 weeks for item to come and when did , post office said I owe $110, I refused order , seller apologized and sent fed ex, now almost 3 weeks it took me to get , when arrived it was missing the mounting bracket , I left message to get ahold customer service , I did that and got a response we don’t have those , now I get no response from either and no bracket mounting bracket sent for that item .
