  We are sorry that you feel the Seiko watch you purchased was not as described. The 9 watch pictures posted were of the exact item you received and the written description, including the Seiko model number, detailed the item. I am not sure how you thought that both the case and strap would be a different color. ??Despite our communication attempts to resolve this, we have settled for a public reply to your negative feedback.
