  Seller sent me the wrong Ball watch strap, even after I confirmed with him it would fit my watch model (see attached messages). I returned the strap directly to the seller, and he confirmed receiving it (proof in attached messages). He told me to wait a month for a refund from eBay — but after more than a month, despite contacting eBay multiple times, I still have no refund.
