  I had to return this item because the ear tip wasn't thick enough, and not providing enough cushioning. I don't know how the manufacturing process for ear tips have changed over time. So I contacted the seller who immediately sorted out my issue. I will recommend this seller for your purchase, as they do not question or blame you for anything related to the product. This is how customer service should be in my opinion, no matter how cheap or expensive the product is. Also, very prompt response!
