  First item sent was poorly packaged in a used Jiffy bag, which wasn’t complete either. Whist I applaud the re-use of packaging material where appropriate it wasn’t sufficient for an optical electronics product. It was faulty on deliver and seller offered a replacement or refund. Asked for a replacement and they did send in a better Jiffy bag with an extra piece of bubble wrap and marked the package fragile. This one survived the drop to the floor from the letterbox and is working OK.

  The card arrived quickly, but testing showed up a fault. When I messaged the seller with photo's showing the problem, they were apologetic and courteous, and dispatched a replacement card immediately, and most importantly messaged me the new tracking number. So from my point of view, they did their very best in an unfortunate situation. So I will have no problem buying again from this seller in the future. Thanks very much.

  Unfortunately, due to courier issues the item did not arrive. However, the seller was very understanding and offered a full refund which was promptly received. Full marks for customer service and the communication from the seller, just unfortunate to be let down by Royal Mail.
