  The desktop shipped quickly in lots of bubble wrap. The supplier forgot to include the optical drive which they shipped out when I notified them. The HP desktop with drive works as advertised.

  The first drive was defective. Seller promptly provided a return label and minimal comment. I had to prompt seller when I saw they rec`d return but no communication. Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication. I only gave a positive response because the second drive works.

  Quality was good, Condition was good, Value was ok, Appearance was bad. Picture shows sd card reader on the unit and I sent a question to make sure it was on machine but got no response. When unit arrived the sd card reader was not on unit. When I ask about it, seller informed me that was a different unit completely. Also unit was missing 110 volt cable. I ask about it and was told they would send another one, when , I don't know?? No further communication with seller.
