  EXCELLENT eBay seller. This is an unusual feedback post: I never got the PC I ordered but this seller is great…the shipping company LOST the package. As soon as we (seller and I) realized something had gone wrong, the seller IMMEDIATELY jumped into action, pursuing the lost package. When the shipping company gave up on its search, the seller IMMEDIATELY advised me to file for refund via eBay and then IMMEDIATELY issued my refund. Great seller!!

  Exceptional value & service! Purchased this ThinkPad T14 (Ryzen 7, 32GB RAM, 1TB) for an incredible deal compared to market value! Seller's communication was excellent and the laptop arrived perfectly packaged and exactly as described. Though I've only used it briefly, everything appears to be working great. The care taken in shipping and accuracy of the listing really impressed me. Would absolutely buy from this seller again and highly recommend to others looking for quality at great prices.

  Shipping was standard speed. Took a week to receive. Packaging was amazing. I requested it to be water resistant due to inclement weather, and seller went above and beyond. Excellent care went into packaging. Product was as described, if not even better. Excellent value for the product. More than competitive pricing at equivalent condition.

  Upgradecomputers is VERY good in all regards. This laptop was an extremely good value, it shipped very quickly and was packed very securely. I bought my Desktop PC from them too and the experience was just as good. Also all my concerns in each case were answered almost immediately, great communication with them.
